I received this rather bogus email just today, and I knew once I saw it it was too good to be true. Rather than be a victim of this con-artist, I decided to look up both the bank and the person, Mr. Willie Obiano, online to see what I dig up. I found this site and a reference to his scamming others already, so I seek to bring him to justice on account of what he is doing to people. If you'd like to see what his email to me looked like, here it is just so you know to avoid it.
