Phished our credit card numbe

This Company obtained our credit card when an order was placed online for a floor sweeper. When confronted they stated they would refund the "membership fee" that had bee charged two months. When questioned about unauthorised use of the card they hung up on me. This company needs to be investigated by the US Attorney's Office for fraud.
