SAS Group, Inc Official Tv, Distributed By Sas Group, Inc Did not follow thru and send me the item I ordered, but take $21.94 from my credit card

On 3/31/08, I purchased Swipes Lens CPR, a lens scratch repair kit. The amount of $21.94 taken from my credit card.

And I never did receive the purchased item. The phone # 845-6614231 is no longer in service, and refers to official tv store@ yahoo.com and the site does not help.

I am very disappointed in making a tv purchase.
