Quick Grass - Nothing Received for over 45 days

I placed an order for Quick Grass - Seen on TV. These people should not be allowed to advertise something they don't have??? I placed an order on 6/7/08 and my credit card was charged but have not received anything. The website says I should receive it between 7/28 & 8/20/08? How can they charge you for something that has not shipped???
