I like others needed some extra cash and took out a payday loan. I did a stupid thing and didn't print out the contract when asked as I thought I'd be able to do this later (on my computer in box right), wrong. There is no record of this transaction but they keep taking $120.00 every two weeks. And now that I "finally" was able to speak to someone, they said it was the extension fee (the $120.00) and nothing has gone towards the principle.
Do not accept a loan from these people as they are frauds, scammers or whatever you want to call them. They will not provide me with a contract nor the e-mails they've stated they sent (as I do remember reading in the contract) that they are suppose to send 3 days prior to the loan due date to offer an extension. I did receive one and only because I threatened to sue.
I'd really love a lawyer to help me and put an end to this company and other companies like them. I am the bread winner of this family of 5 and I fell that this is totally unethical and they are just looking to make easy money. I have done payday loans before and NEVER have I ran into this where there is a fee of $120.00 every two weeks. I WOULD NOT of accepted the loan had this been clear. And Again, they will not provide any paper work if asked for it. So, technically there is NO contract. I have put a stop on my account for any transactions with this company.
Please help if a lawyer reads.
Thank you.
