Norma Abess rerented the vacation rental that we paid for at the time of us renting his property to someone else. We have numorous emails from him stating that he would pay us back the $900 we put towards this cost of renting his property. He never paid us a penny and claims that it is in a trust and has told us two times in the last month that he was going to send us a refund, but never did.
Do not ever rent from someone unless you put it on a credit card. He was hurting for money to begin with and we should have known better. It's a poor me situation where he spent the money he owed us that was supposed to be in a savings and managed properly. Do not rent from him, Nova village, or his mountain retreat. Just remember his name when you rent from PA!
