As a senior citizen on a low fixed income, i was interested in securing a grant from the federal govt. On the net i observed an invitation to secure said grant, from The Grant University, for a small shipping fee of $1.98 After not receiving any information by mail, i decide to call the company. As of July 11 08 4: pm i have not been able to contact by phone or email this company. I immediately contacted my banking institution and stopped payment on said bill. Lost as of date $1.98
