Our Governor of this great State of Michigan appoints unqualified people to positions within our Judicial system that hurt our Michigan children.
The Govenor has appointed a Judge to the Wayne County Third Judicial Family Court in 2005 who is up for re-election this November.
The case is still pending, but her initals are MMB.
She will find out about this. I am sure I will suffer and be punished as a result of letting the public know.
After 14 years of having joint legal and physical custody of my two children, this Govenor appointed this Judge (MMB) who has a background in Employment and Business law.
Where does Family Law come into play? Would you go to the dentist for heart trouble?
The father has filed eight change of custody against me for the past ten years (since the divorce in 1998), and two Court of Appeal cases, with nothing changed since this Judge (MMB) came to town.
This Judge (MMB) received the case after having been in this new position one week. This was November.
Not only did she appoint a girlfriend as GAL, Linda R. Souve, to make more than $6200.00 for one child. This unqualified GAL, Linda R. Souve informed me, the mom, that I would lose custody of my two children prior to the hearings.
Linda R. Souve told me how I would have to pay child support to the father, when no one has ever paid child support in the past ten years because it was 50/50.
I researched and found out that the GAL charge per Wayne County Third Judicial Court Administrative Order 1998-04 should have been $575.00.
I attempted suicide because of all the enormous pressures from the Court.
Judge MMB put a lien on my home after that suicide attempt for half of the $6200. My ex did not pay anything either, but he didn't have any real property to put a lien on.
Since this Judge (MMB) changed the custody to remove me from my children's lives, the 15 year old daughter has run-away from her father's home 21 times in the last year, started using drugs and became sexually active. She has failed the ninth grade and is suffering emotionally because the father allowed NO parenting time for either child with me for one year.
My son withdrawals and has become bitter and hateful. He was the sweetest boy in the world. He doesn't care about anything or anybody now.
I think it is children's rights to see both parents!
This is a true crime within our legal system that relates to children. These Judges get away with it because they have the power over us mere ordinary people who just want to raise our children, make a living, and be happy.
I have a BSEE, had a 5 year business in downtown Birmingham that was lost due to all the litigation and pressures, own my home in Grosse Pointe Woods that is in foreclosure, unemployed... Over what... An unqualified Judge's ego!
Now the father has filed a petition with the Wayne County Juvenile Court to take custody of my daughter who now lives back with me. My 15 year old daughter never sees her 12 year old brother anymore who resides with his father.
The father finally agreed to let my daughter live back with me since she was always on the streets and homeless. Fifty people talked him into that!
The father has two open Child Protectives cases against him for neglect, verbal, and physical abuse.
The Court (Referee Allen in Juvenile Detention) agrees with the father and has scheduled a trial against my daughter on July 22.
What is going on in our world... We mere ordinary people need to pitch the tea into the Detroit River.
