Linda R Souve was appointed by her good friend, Judge Megan Maher Brennan as the court appointed GAL (Guardian Ad Litem) in a ten year child custody case.

After eight frivolous change of custody cases that have resulted in no change in the past nine years, why do you even need a GAL?

Judge Megan Maher Brennan appointed her friend to make some money. I also suspect Judge Megan Maher Brennan planned to get a money kick-back.

Linda R Souve has no prior experience as a GAL, but gladly accepted the position to make some money!!!

The two children in the case are 12 and 14 years old. They have no college fund, now that my ex-husband had us spend more than $350,000.

Ms. Souve lied, co-conspired, manipulated the facts, concealed information, ran up enormous bills, met one child at Somerset Mall North Collection for interviews, while on duty as the GAL.

This is a case in the Wayne County Third Circuit Court that is still currently pending.

I am the mother of these two children and I was told by Linda R. Souve prior to the trial that I would lose custody of my children. Linda R. Souve also informed me how the child support I would have to pay my ex-husband of ten years would be calculated.

I have had joint legal and physical custody of the children since 1998 and no one has paid child support, since it was 50/50.

Linda R. Souve's billed more than $6200 for her unethical and questionable practices as attorney. You can get a decent divorce handled for that amount. This is what she charged as GAL for one of the children.

I did a little research from the Court's Administrative Orders that you can find at the website (www.3rdcc.org).

Per Third Judicial Court Order 1998-04, the GAL should not have charged more than $575.00 for our case at its stage.

I brought this to the attention of the Chief Judge and others, of course with no response.

After I filed for bankruptcy, home in foreclosure, lost my business of five years, and attempted suicide, Linda R. Souve then motioned the Court to put a lien on my home in Grosse Pointe Woods for the half of the $6200.

My ex did not pay his portion either, but he doesn't own a home or any real property.

Linda R. Souve knows she is unethical and wrong, yet, is another greedy attorney in our judicial system.

Stealing is wrong... But Linda R Souve's stealing from children is a crime.
