It is with regret that we must file this report! This information being provided is based on our personal experience with this company. All information is factual.
To all existing and potential customers: Kikker 5150 customer service does not exist. Sales is not present, and you only receive voice mail with no call backs.
We wire transfered our funds May 23 for a Hardnock from Kikker 5150, and 8 weeks later there is still no motorcylce after we were told that it had shipped.
Information provided by this company is fabricated and they will not acknowledge funds received nor will they confirm shipment. We therefore recommend that you do not send this company money by wire transfer, Cashiers Check, or Money Order.
We have requested by voice mail several times to either ship the motorcylce or refund our money neither of which they will do.
What a waste to have such a fine product but not able to follow through with the most important part of your business "Customer Service".
We must now seek legal counsel for direction to receive our funds in full.
