Upon checking my checking account through the automated phone service provided by my bank on Fri. July 4th I discovered that a transaction listed as check #51102 for 49.95 was deucted from my account.
I immediately contacted the personal convenience center of my bank. An operator informed me of the phone # for edpreporting. I then proceeded to call the given phone no: 800-430-0672 only to find out that they are closed all weekends & all legal holidays.
I am a senior citizen 73 years of age, living only on my social security fixed monthly income & cannot afford to spend any money other than my living exspnses I would very much appreciate any assistance in obtaining this money back as it would add an overdraft fee of $35. Onto my checking account as all of my July SS payment has been sent out by checks & I also did my monthly grocery shopping.
