I sent him 1,400 ring, he fake a paypal address Ibadan nigeria

I sent a ring out to david george by fed x, i got several emails from paypal re: the money and i had to wait 120 hrs to recive my payment. I got a hold of paypal and the confirmed it wasnt sent by them and this was a internet scam, i then called fed x and canceled thhe transaction. And also cancled the money transaction.
