I was told of a one time charge of 1.95 for shipping and handle not 49.50

I came to this site by another link and it said that their was goverment grant out there for all kind of stuff and I could get the information free all I would need to pay is shipping and handle I was not aware of any other charge like the 49.50 I was chargre twice. I only notice it deue to my bank statment and I could not get a hold of them I cange my bank card right away hopeful that will end them frome getting any more money
