I also trusted this dentist, I guess he is a good sales person. I have never been treated so unfairly. I was told I needed to have several teeth removed and 5 implants along with several other things. I was shown horrible pictures of people that did not have the work done that he had recommended. I was giving a treatment plan that came to a total of $24,000.00, in tears I told him there was no way I could afford that. He said he could get it covered under my medical insurance. I told him to let me know if he could get it approved and we would go from there. Shortly after that I got a call from his office saying they had pre approval from my medical ins. That I had to meet my deductible of 2,500.00, have the work done in 30 days and they would cover 90%. I trusted this was true and began the work. Thats when everything changed, I have been in a nightmare since. Come to find out he has never even contacted my medical insurance much less received any type of approval. He charged 5,000.00 on my care credit card without my authorization sending it over the limit affecting my credit. I have tried for months to sit down and review my account and do whats fair. He says that because I signed the treatment plan I have to pay. I have been walking around missing several teeth because he will not work with me. I went to another dentist to have him finish the work and he said one of my implants has failed and it will have to be redone. He ask for my MRI, I told him I never had one-he says this is standard procedure for implants, Dr Noie never had me get an MRI. He also did to procedures total 2,800.00 each while I was put under that were not on my treatment plan. I could go on and on this man should not be able to call himself a doctor. It is my mission to make sure this man does not take advantage of anyone else. I have barely scratched the surface, I have everthing in writting from his office when they said they had pre-approval. I also have a document where the doctor himself committed insurance fraud trying to get my new insurance to pay him for work he has already done. He also can suddenly not find my file. I have tried to find a lawyer willing to take my case but they all say it is very hard to win a malpractice suite. Please someone help! I have everything documented and there is so much more he has done. I am a young woman in sales and he has destroyed my smile.
