It took me three days to reach Matt who later hung up on me. Then I spoke with Nate. Later I spoke with Matt who claimed to be Nate's manager on extension 4005.
I never authorized them to take $90 out of my account monthly. They refused to take the unused product back claiming it is a health product. They read from a script and claim that I am being fraudulant by stopping my contract. They refused to refund my account. The product does not work.
This company is to blame for contributing to the fall of America. Such fraud can not be tolerated. What happened to customer service? Don't ever even think about trying this product because they are out to steal from you and only send you joke pills.
