$500,000 cattle fraud

This individual is committing repeated cattle fraud since at least 2006 on individuals in the missouri, oklahoma area. He is essentially kiting cattle. Buying them and not delivering to the correct person instead collecting for them from someone else and delivering the cattle to the second person. He is buying cattle to cover the lack of cattle in another area.in 2007 he did this to the tune of $233,000. This year he got to me to the total of $111,000. All of this in a matter of 6 weeks
