His customer service is condescending and not helpful; in fact, one person would say one thing and another something totally different.
And although we canceled according to his policy, he NEVER refunded a dime - in fact we had to contest an unauthorized charge to our credit card.
He promises that the ChiroDashboard is search engine friendly, but after a month, our website STILL DIDN'T COME UP ON GOOGLE!
