Evidently you can't cancel even though you are allowed by law to do so. If they get legal defense, according to their contract, [lines 101-102] and i quote: "attorney fees: purchaser agrees to pay blue world pools, inc. Attorney fees necessary to defend any disputes and/or allegations arising in any manner relating to this agreement."
