I needed some background information on a potenital employee. I found the site government-records.com. What a mistake. The site immediately ask for my credit card info. No Problem. Once I had paid there asking price for unlimited VIP membership. There was a problem. I found the site hard to use. When I thought I had finally figured it out would'nt you know I had used up all my attempts for the day and was told to try back in 24 hours. Additionally after purchasing an Unlimited VIP membership I was told that after so many searches I would need to purchase more credits, what a joke. I am totally annoyed. I will never use a site like this again, I will do it the old fashion way and go to the police department and pay a ONE time fee and obtain a background check. I have contacted tech support and ask for a refund as I am unsatisfied with their product. I am not holding my breath.
