Ok here goes,
I have been with this company approx 4 years. Ok service ok not good rates. Every time in the past that there was a rate increase they notified at least 45 days in advance. This time they jump it from 12 cpkw to 22 cpkw. I call upon receiving a bill of $756 and find that they are running a boilerroom operation to feild calls. Canned response's and a lot of calls in the back room. I ask as to why the rate increase. Told that their rates went up in may and that they did not pass them on to the customer. They want you to beleive this and then hang-up. Didnt work i stated that on the back of the billing info was a chart of usage and rates for the past year. I asked if they were so inclined as to keep customers informed why were we as customers not informed of the rate increase? Dead silence. I was aked if i wanted a manager just like a boiler room. I waited and a very nice female attempted to calm me.
Didnt work i knew more about her company and its business practice than she did. She agreed that the company was out of line and gouging customers. So long story short its a money grab before this titanic goes under. Screw em. Power to chose.org
