I recently tried the companys product around May. I cancelled the membership within two days because it was not what I expected, they never send me a report of pre-close homes in the area. I was told that if i send the paperwork i should receive a refund in about 30 days. I have called several times including left several emails regarding this matter.
The cancellation paper was received on: May 6
It is now June 24. They have informed me that they have received the paperwork when i called customer service. They said that I could not speak to the refund department. I have also left several emails and comments via email and have not received a response. I want a full refund of my $199.00. I will do what ever it takes. I am currently working with an attorney, filed a report with consumer affairs and will do whatever it takes.
