I contacted the company (by internet) about a diet pill I wanted to try. After much hassle with emails back and forth they were unable to fill my order. I cancelled my account with them immediately, within a few days of signing up. I was never told about this bi-weekly membership fee or that I was even signing up for a club. I simply placed an order.
I have never received another email from them yet they have continued to charge my credit card bi-weekly $20.95 for a membership that I cancelled immediately and didn't even know I had. I'm not one to check my bill regularly because I don't charge much and I had been paying it online. For some reason my credit card company mailed me a bill and I found out that this company has been charging me since December. I called the number listed on the credit card bill and they could only give me a phone number to contact.
