I was not under the impression of a 49.50 charge after the 1.95 charge for this product. I tried calling the company and they just blew me off. I continued to ask to speak to a manager for over 30 minutes before i finally got one on the phone. His name is Tyler Johnson. He was very rude to me, spoke to me like I have no rights, because his company is completely ligitimate. What kind of ligitimate company has no physical address. Tyler told me they didnt need a physical address because they were based on the internet. I made it clear I was unaware of the outrageous charge. Of course they said it wasnt their responsibility. I asked to have the address because I want to take legal action against the company for not providing a service I paid for. Tyler told me in a condisending tone that I had no case and no lawyer would touch this over 49.50. I feel completely outraged and upset about this. I cancelled 2 days after the 7 day trial. I was not refunded my money. But was told by Tyler that he was going to inform his Customer Support team not to answer my questions or even speak to me. I really wish there was something that can be done.
