Fradulent debits to bank account

I have discovered a couple fradulent charges to my bank account from Billing.com Palm de Mall ES which are accompanied by a foreign transaction fee. I found their phone number on the internet but when I called I needed to supply a credit card (that was not going to happen!) or the phone number "i made the order from". None of my phone numbers worked. I want them to stop debiting my account.
