About 8 years ago In 1999 my bank had screwed up my checking account & caused things to bounce, well my bank sent the bounced check to checkcare systems accusing me of writing a bad check when I didn't.
I paid the required fees, but checkcare filed court action agaisnt me & I had to go to court over this. The check that bounced was only for $2.00, I paid the $30 fee even though it was not my fault.
Checkcare was going to have a warrent out for my arrest, I had gotten a lawyer but only to find out he was friends with the judge he should not had taken the case.
I paid the required fees checkcare asked me to do they had no right to still proceed taking me to court for writing a bad check. Checkcare lied to the judge well the judge meant he was after me.
He talked hateful to me on the stand & he was very abusive & he embarassed me, he was going to make me to community service & I was going to have a felony on my record.
I plead not guilty & this went to supreme court I told the higher court who was over judge turner I had paid the fees & settled this with checkcare, they agreed with me & say this was a waste of time to keep this going I f I had paid the fees.
I can't even call turner a judge he don't deserve it, the higher court dropped the case agaisnt me I hope they did say a few words to him he had no right to do this to keep it going after I paid the non sufficient fund fee & settled this with checkcare systems.
I was not going to plead guilty to something I had not done, I still recent turner all though this was 8 years ago. My lawyer @ the time should not even had taken the case knowing he was friends with the judge this was conflict of interest.
I knew sooner or later turner would get paid back for the wrong he done to me, in 2006 he was arrested for pulling a gun on two innocent people on the roads.
He had to pay a fine of $1,000 12 months of probation, 40 hours community service.
He got it back worse then what is was going to give to me, he had to do community service what he thought he was going to make me do. I laughed so hard & I thought revenge is sweet.
He got back everything from the wrong he done to me & how unfairly he treated me 8 years ago. He needs to step down from being a judge he does not deserve being a judge.
In 2002 he threatend the pay roll people that they deserve to be nuked, of course they protected him & didn't do nothing to him. They should disbar him from being a judge he has done to many bad things.
Well I didn't know about this site in 1999 or I would have filed a report then, turner was the most corrupt judge I have ever seen.
Checkcare systems never bother me again after that, my bank know pays the non sufficient fees, they don't even send anything to checkcare systemts for them to try to collect there fees.
