I have been scammed, my computer is not working and money taken from my accounts

I purchased an antivirus 2008 on the 23rd of june via the internet and since then my computer has seized working. The company has taken more than two hundred British pounds from my accounts and all efforts to reach them for a refund has proved futile. So now both my computer and money are gone.
