Charged my credit card for something I did not orde

I was checking my credit card balannce when TLG GREAT FUN showed up on it. I called them and was told I'd be reimbursed but I haven't been. Icontinue to call them everyday just to see when this reimbursed will take place, I keep getting told their computers are down!!
