We took out a loan from this company due to the fact that I am disabled and my husband got laid off, well we tried to make the payments on time and we just couldn't do it. I called this office again and again but to no avail, no-one ever returned my calls. They ended up repossessing our vehicle.
The amount on the Affidavit for Repossession does not match what they say we owe them, when I called the office for the 5th time I was told they had no paper work in regards to the loan. The woman Michelle was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back and asked for the name of her supervisor I was told they would not give me that information.
I have asked where the auction is being held and I was told that I was not entitled to that information. I can not get anywhere. I have called the Attorney Generals Office and have not recieved a call from them. The Better Business Bureau has also not returned my call.
So anyone that reads this DO NOT deal with these people they say they don't have to give me any information, they have no paperwork and in general are scamming people. The interest rates are such that in no way can you ever pay this money back. So I implore you stay away from these people you will loose everything.
