I have requested a postage paid label on May 2nd. Never rec'd it. Called again on May 20. Cust. Serv. Rep.informed me she would mail it to me. Never Rec'd it. Called today and spoke to Corrine who saw no record of my May 20 call and assured me she would mail me the postage paid label. If I donot receive it my next call will be to the proper authorities.
