Sweepstakes Bonanza Draw Notification Declared lucky winner - no one able to take call before deadline date

I was declared a lucky winner. I got through one time on the phone and did as instructed to do. I left all information requested, but my phone call was never returned. I called many other times after that, but was informed by voice recording that no one is available to answer the call. The fustrating part is you never get through because no one ever answers the phone. If you don't get through before the deadline your lucky winnings become voided.
