Do not cash the enclosed check. It is fake... I received a letter from jmn financial services & consultant dated december 16. It said that i was a lucky winner of unclaimed prize money in the amount of $57,000.00. They enclosed a check in the amount of $2988.35 to cover the administrative taxes and clearance fees of my winnings. They said i needed to call cynthia jacobs immediately at 1-514-659-1778. It said my winnings needed to be claimed by jan. 07. I tried to call the phone number but only got a recording that no one was available to take my call. I called several times a day on various days and got the same message. I then called the phone number listed on the check 514-569-8264. I again got a message machine that said they were not accepting calls at that time. I again attempted to call this number on several occassions, and received the same message. This is obviously a scam... I see others have received the same letter. These people should be prosicuited for this... They are counting on you cashing the check so they can get your bank account number don't fall for it..
