I google searched for an on-line florists to send roses to 3 different individuals marking the 1st anniversary of someone who was dear to each of us. I quickly responded and received an immediate 50% discount and $10.00 off on other purchases made that day. So my bill was 1 arrangement for $30.43, and 2 arrangements for $35.68. My bank statement reflects that on that same day, I was charged an additional $9.95 for a rewards program that I did not sign up for and subsequently was charged $9.95 30-days later.

When I called to have this explained and the funds totalling $19.90 placed back into my account, I was told this could not be done. I was also told that I could not speak to or be placed on hold to talk to a supervisor who was the only person authorized to place funds back into my account. I was also told that the supervisor's name could not be given. I did not sign up to join any program or authorize to have monthly deductions from my account. I send flowere maybe once every 2-3 years. I would never agree to such a financial commitment.

This company is conducting business that is misleading, unethical and dishonest. If they have collected over several hundred dollars in this manner, they have clearly commited a fraud.
