On March 18 I ordered the mailing system, which offered "money back guarantee". The $32 payment was charged to my credit card on March 21.
Per on-line instructions I was to receive system within 2 weeks; I have yet to receive system. On May 1 I sent letter of complaint to company demanding a credit of the $32.
I have yet to have the $32 credited back to my credit card, nor have I heard from the company regarding this issue, despite threatening to contact an attorney for fraud and false advertising.
