I checked my bank account today June 2nd and I saw that I was negative $123.91 and I looked into it because I have not used my checking account for over a week and there was a check number and image on the list of transactions I checked it out and it was hard to see but I was able to get a 800#. I searched there website and found it I tried calling and talking to them online but I didn't see that they were on the pacific time.
My friend had sent me an IM on AOL instant messanger asking about my day and I told her she looked up some information and sent it to me than when I read it, it said to contact the bank as soon as possible. That's what I did, I asked for a specific person but she had the day off, I talked to the person who answered the phone and told her what happen and there wasn't an issue, she went right into my account and reversed the charges, I do have to go in tomorrow and fill out a form so this doesn't happen again. If I can get the opprotunity to go after this company in court I would be happy too.
