Where should I start? Let's see. He is a man around 5'10 200 plus pounds, he claims to be a U.S. Marine when he is actually not! And has a varifiable proof of a dishonorable discharge! From the Reserves of all things. He is a parent of two wonderfull and cute boys. That he will not provide for and as well has done some terrible things to these poor kids. All of wich may be viewed publicly on the maricopa superior court sites! There will soon be a few criminal charges on this site as well! He has admitted to assault on a few of his exes. I am personally filing charges as well as The state of Arizona for assault, harrasment also viewable and theft! Oh yes theft ladies. He has taken over $12,000.00 provable in court and any other verified way. The Toyota Tacoma is not in his name in fact it's in the name of a lady that is an ex and she is stuck! He won't make payments insist on lowering her credit score and when he does make the payment they are very very late.
He is a bit of a drifter for a reason. He drains women of thier dignity and love as well as thier credit and wallet! Oh sure he loves to be added on to thier credit and usually does. If you know this man or someone who is dating him please tell them and protect them.
I myself have stood up to this man and he really didn't know how to handle a real man and not a defensless woman. He ran. He didn't come back. I encouraged her to get a restraining order (still in affect) and have loved her everyday since.
He will try desperate measures to hang on to women. Contacting thier friends, family and calling them at work non-stop! Do not let him get ahold of your credit card or your personal information. If you feel this may have happend contact the POLICE as well as Maricopa County Prosecutors Office
He may use the children in his defense. He is on supervised visits with them. He is not allowed to be alone with them for any extended period of time.
Shane Daily has a court date uin the Maricopa County Superior Court coming up in July (Family Court) If you need to have him served he will be there.
