One night I get a call on the phone and I asked how this person got my number and they said they where setting appointments for auditions for a Gap Commerical or something like that. That I must have filled out something for my daughter in a mall or something. Even though I was leary when they said they wanted her to come down to that audition because of the odd hour I was being called, I said okay. Big mistake!
Their offices are decorated with posters of famous movies, and lot's of big screen HDTV's. They had some much candy, a machine that makes soft drinks, everything you could every want in a movie like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
This company is a total rip-off and they prey on indviduals whom want to be models and actors, especially parents with children. They are led by a loud lebanese/french guy that goes by the name Francois Maalouf who will who will threaten to call the police on you if you ask to many questions and do not leave his office. Come to find out after research he is an ex-convict who served many years in the california state prision. You can look up his record and but you will have to pay a fee for it.

I contacted a long time friend whom was a child star actor in the 80's. He said Managers and Agents never charge a fee period!!! If they do run away. After reading a rebuttal to the other rip off report from someone who I am not sure is a owner since I did not meet him they state that they do not charge but the ISP does. Well an ISP would not charge that much money $600 dollars and $40 a month. Plus it is in the so called manager's own website which tells me the manager is charging the money.
Since I am a computer tech and graphics designer by trade I looked up the company and found that they registered it with domainsbyproxy to try and hide whom they really are. It is where I also noticed a sister website that looks the same at segstudio.com, so he is doing this with multiple companies, why?
So when I look at the server which they cannot hide, I can tell the hosting company which they called an ISP provider in the rip off report by Jesse above. The company is FRONTLINE.net. I called them and did an inquiry and they told me that their client is gohollywoodcasting.com. I tried to ask further information about ISP and the rest and they said check their website for rates as that is what they charge their clients for hosting. They do not build websites for this client nor host anything other then the one for the so called manager that has a name of a casting company which is even more strange. Basically, after looking at their website this means all they need is ONE client or less to pay for the entire hosting for a month. The $600 fee would pay for more then an entire year let alone the hosting fee all the clients would pay.
This is further proof of their scam and con. I suggest all the clients of GoHollywoodCasting.com or SEG Studio.com get together and only pay the real hosting fee if they are real managers they will agree to it. If they have 100 clients or more it may cost each one a dollar a month or less.
Just warning not to be fooled by these people as I almost was but stopped to think about it. My friend who is the child actor is considering putting together a group to go and protest outside their offices every weekend. I think it is a good suggestion to stop this alwful scam in the industry.
My friend tells me that they have union for managers and agents to be certified. That they only take a percentage and no money. No one in the real entertainment industry would ever do that. Do your research on whom represent your children or you as adults. One check and I found this consumer complaints, criminal records, and lots of law suits filed against him. Consumer beware!!!
