Was not in e-mail that they would charge you $89.31 if you did not cancell within 14 days. Phone number in Las Vegas says they are always closed

I was not told that they would charge my credit card $89.31 each month if I did not cancel within 14 days. I have tried to call their Las Vegas phone number to cancel and they are never open. So I have no way to cancel.
