David Mahonei I met in Brazil on a Real estate investment tour. I found him to be a very nice guy untill I parted with my money $13.000 for a lot on the coconut grove development in a village called Flexcherias 2 hrs from Fortaleza.
After paying the down payment and completeing the sale I discovered the project was not approved by the enviremental agency. My lawyer advised me to cancel the deal as the law now does not permit this kind of development as the land has large amount of Dunes.
When I contacted David Mahoney he told me that this was not true and in time he would have the permits.
Not what my lawyer tells me... I ahve read many reports regarding David Mahoney im sure we will see many more in the coming weeks... I see they have recently changed names to Fredom Properties wounder why??? W

Both companieds are not licensed in Brazil so I am not having much luck over in Brazil.
I will contact the police in Spain as they are working from a small office in Marbella.
