False harrassment Internet

I ordered a exercise machine and hc processing financed it... I called to tell them that i had not recieved the machine and then they began calling my neighbors and calling me daily demanding payment and informing me that even though i had not recieved the merchandise they financed that i am responsible for late fees and finance charges, this is not legal im sure. I have done what i am supposed to do have delt wwith phonecalls daily from the postal service and from hc...
