Interstate dist. Located in kcmo, is a company that changes there name alot and tells drivers one thing and does another. I had alot of break downs while at this co., and they would pay to fix problem with checks and give out efs numbers, and most of the time the numbers where wrong for efs, as for the checks, no good.
I recieved a ticket in gainsville tx for a trailor brake and turned into office and was told by Heather that it was taken care of, this was a lie. When i recieved this ticket I called star and she stated that the company would take care of it and never did, this ticket cost me $175.00.
I was pulled over in olathe ks for trailor dog walking and was shut down by dot, i called Heather and she told me to pull truck and trailor back to yard or i was fired, trailor was shut down at scale not truck. I cleaned truck out and paid for a ride home, company would not let me drive truck home that was only 30 miles away, i had to pay $50.00 to get home.
Scott called me 2 days later ans stated he didnt trealize trailor was that bad and it was his fault and would take care of the ticket i recieved for tag not attatched on trailor.
The ticket on the tag could have been dismissed if interstate would have faxed a copy of trailor reg and ticket to the da's office and they refused to do this costing me $166.00.
For the record this same trailor was shut down agin in Ks, for the same problem by dot and this goes to show that they never took care of all the problems that they signed and said they took care of. I know this to be true because 3 weeks later Carl towed my truck to emporia ks to pull this same trailor out of tow lot and bring back to kcmo. Carl hooked tow truck up to truck and trailor and pulled them out on the street a block away and droped them and told me to take them back to yard, so i did, later i found this to be an illeagle move.
I also recieved a ticket in ne. For an expired cab card and was told by candy that she would take care of it and didnt costing me $69.00, this even gets worse.
I quit on 5-10 and the last 2 paychecks i recieved where no good, i get alot of calls from people that have fixed interstates trucks and trailors saying that the checks where no good and all i could do was call the office and tell them, nothing i could do.
This company forced me to take time from working and miss work due to bad checks, court dates, and dealing with there on going lies.interstate owes me alot of money and i feel this is an ongoing scam and really needs to come to an end.
