Worst company I have ever dealt with

I have just read some of the other complaints and I agree
My customer who worked for them convinced me to sign on
2 yrs go by and my card reader stopped working She told me a new one would be $600 which I don't have I checked around and found a comp. That would sell one for $45 I called and cancelled with FD Later that month
my check. Statement comes missing $500 I had to check where it went and find out they took it out. My bank did an unauthorized withdrawal form and got the money back in.

I have called First Data at least 8 times and left messages and no one calls back. They sent me another bill for $150 When I called was told it was for the pin pad When I called with the serial no. The second cust. Rep said I did not owe anything since the pin pad was given to me by the rep. I just got a bill for $650 from them that they threaten will go to a collections agency. I am dealing with my father's recent illness and a struggling business and now these crooks. No agency will help and I can't afford a lawyer. How can these people be stopped.?
