Unauthorized credit card charge

I registered to locate a classic buddy and decided to pay for $7.90 for that info. 1 week later, a $19.95 charge turned up on my creditcard following the $7.90 cost.

I called the toll-free amount on my charge card record and unearthed that I was registered for an identification safety plan I Have never heard about.

I called the amount, lay on-hold for five minutes, achieved a pleasant woman who stated she'd change the costs.

Since my bank card arrives of my banking account, I'd not need recognized I'd less profit my account easily did not examine the total amount everyday.

These folks are criminals.

I'm very internet savvy and I understand after I've authorized a deal.

I am also confirming them towards the Better Business Business Office.
