John Everett Lay formally of Harriman Tenn has 2 children ages 11 and 9. John and the childrens mother were divorced when the youngest was about 3 yrs old.
John has never paid child support and the family has had to struggle to make ends meet. This mother has had to find work in the state of Georgia, i miss them so much.
John never thinks of anyone but himself, he is a deadbeat dad. He doesnt see the tears in his childrens eyes, they just want to have a dad, but John is too sorry to even pick up the phone even to call them.
