Simplicty Gourmet Scammed, Mislead, Lied, Hid the truth

One day I got a call on my cell phone from a company calling themselves Simplicity Bride telling me that I had won an all-inclusive vacation to either the Bahamas or Mexico and all I had to do was attend an informative cooking show at a hotel here in town, that there were no catches, all I had to do was attend with my fiance. When I asked how I'd won she said something about them going to different Bridal shows around the country and I must have been entered at a Bridal show (well, I haven't been to any Bridal shows).

Anyway, I can't lie. I was curious. So my fiance and I went to this cooking show thing and well... We were dooped, scammed, taken advantage of. We sat there for 3 hours (no joke, it literally was 3 hours). The food was good, and the guy speaking was somewhat entertaining, and yes, my fiance and I were impressed. So when the guy told us how much each of the cooking sets were and that they were slashing the prices in half for us and giving us 2 free gifts along with it, we were dooped into choosing the starter set (the least expensive but still ridiculously over-priced) and signed the contract, completely unaware that we only had 3 days from signing the contract to cancel it (and guess what, you don't actually get the product for several weeks after you sign the contract). Go figure. And well, I found out we only had three days to cancel from signing like a week after we signed. Nice, huh?

So now we're kinda stuck with this outrageously priced cookware set (which by the way food does burn and stick to it which they guaranteed it wouldn't) and we are trying to find out if there is anyway to get out of this without ruining our credit and loosing a lot of money.

And as far as that all-inclusive vacation package goes, well get a load of this. The all-inclusive resort they go through in Cancun is the cheapest available and also has the lowest rating (only one star).

Has anyone been through this? Is there anyway out? Please help. My fiance and I don't have the resources or the unlimited funds to get ripped off like this.
