Gordon Grossman, Gordon H. Grossman. Is a 80 year Con Artist. Any involvement with this man or one of his many companies will only part you with your home or your money, or anything else you own. This 80 year old Real Estate Broker is an expert at scamming people. Gordon Grossman is willing to tell you anything he needs to, to get you to go along with his scam. If you do business with this man, you are going to loose out. He knows every trick in the book and he excels at real estate.
If he rents, buys or sells to you, you are going to loose. The best thing to do is not to get involved with this man. Grossman's own family has stated he's ripped people off renting to people, and steeling their rental money, down payments, security fees, furniture and more. Grossman has loaned money to people, having them use their home, cars, boats, land, etc. As collateral only to have Grossman lie about the agreement and steel the collateral and money.
Grossman has purchased a house only to sell it to several buyers, taking their down payment. And then just says sue me! Of course they don't have any money left because they have already given it to him. Or Grossman keeps telling his victims lies, until he's tricked them on to some other property and/or he's gotten the victim to sign an agreement that isn't worth the paper it's written on. And the oral agreements this man makes aren't worth the air of which they are uttered.
Grossman isn't afraid to lie in court, or anybody else for that matter, who's going to put a 81 year old man in jail. BUY OR SELLER BEWARE!!!
If you can hire any attorney, Grossman doesn't care, he'll just keep it tied up in the courts for years, while it's costing you a lot of money. I spent well over $150,000 and still am not through the court system it's been two years. I'm loosing at this point over 1 million and it's not over.
Grossman doesn't care what it will cost you or him, he's not using his money. Grossman uses the funds of some other victim. Grossman works out of Anne Arbor Michigan, West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Also Ft. Meyers and Naples, Florida area.
This short white haired man, is in his 80's and married to wife Linda who is 25 years younger. And is now picking his victims all over the country, but has now located to Florida during the winter. Grossman looks for easy people to take advantage off. People with little money, but a lot of equity in a house. The worse your credit the better for him. He picks woman who are divorced or widowed, or individuals who inherited property. Beware he's picks his victims from the newspapers.
Grossman is a really smooth talker, just like you would expect a con man to be. And if you met him you would never guess this guy is a con-artist. He will tell you anything to get you to do what he wants. He uses his age and his white hair and charming personality to part you with your home or money. Part of Grossman's act is to pretend to be your friend, and call constantly. Grossman loves the game and loves to scam people just to see if he still can, and not because he needs to money. Part of his game is to see if he can out smart people and that includes lawyers. Grossman will take advantage of anyone. The best thing is to not do business with this person no matter what he tells you, because he will tell you he will make sure you don't loose, while he steels your house and your money.
Grossman stoled my home and all my money. He did this to me and he will do it to you. I have lost everything, and I'm disabled person forced now to live with my 82 year old mother. I have $600.00 dollars a month. I had over a million dollars when I started doing business with Grossman.
