Just like with "Jill" I was a victim of Findley Financial Lending Group. The fast talking "Daniel Rosenburg" got me excited about finally getting approved for a mortgage, which threw common sense out of the window. Because of finally hearing a "yes" after so many "no's", I blocked out the voice of reason (my wife). Before I did the initial payment I checked online for Findley Financial and was sent to FINDLAY Finanical not realizing that the difference in the spelling of the company names, I thought it was a typo on my end.
And also checking with the BBB in IN I received information that was consistant with the information that "Daniel" gave me. "Daniel" was a character that was initally used then when the inital payment that was sent to Findley, I was contacted by a "Adam Bernstien" saying that "Daniel" had mis-understood the terms set out by the "lender" and that the loan could still be granted if an additional 2145.00 USD be sent to cover the 6 months of payments instead of the orginal 3 months that was orginally quoted to be covered by the initial 2145.00 USD.
I imformed "Adam" that I was not able to cover the amount so quickly, the he offered an " alternative" payment option to still be able to fund the loan which was increased from the orignal amount of 90,000 USD to 100,000 USD by opting for the loan Insurance opolicy to "proctect" the "lender's" investment. Still I was not thinking straight I borrowed the funds from close friends and sent it via MoneyGram.
After I sent the 1000.00 USD to Findley and called back to "Adam" to verify the process of the funds, I was told that all my account information was verified by my bank and that the funds were in transit and it would take 1 -2 1/2 hours for the transfer to complete. The time passed and still no Funds. After calling my bank to check for pending transfers there was still no pending transfers after 4 hours of waiting.
I made a call to "Adam" to check the status of the payment and recieved no answser but a voice mail. There is a "Call Screener" program on the phone line that is used when calling their "Company" where you have to speak your name before the call is connected. These people (Person) need to be stopped. I plan to take ALL the necessary steps to seek to their capture and to see that they have a long prision sentence for fraud..
