Heritage Web design might have been a great company to become a forutne 500 company but those days are long gone.
The company employs people that work in their home, out of country, or part time. Did you ever try to explain a web design to a person that cannot speak correct english and does not understand the techincal aspects of web pages. I almost went crazy and I wasted 3 days of this until I finally got another person to work on the updates with me.
It has taken 3 and I repeat 3 weeks for anything or anyone who knows anything to respond to me. I have talked and talked to many people... All they do is connect you to someone else and you have to say everything over again. You can never and I mean never talk to anyone in charge.
The company is in such a hurry to sign you up and then they will not and I mean will not talk with you.in fact they just hang up after you have been waiting 20 minutes or so to talk with them.
Stay away!!!
Just in the past month 3 people that were ok have left the company. Sounds like the company is going down.
