Wow. I was amazed to find all of this negative press on Patricia Wilson AFTER I made the mistake of purchasing a horse from her 2 days ago. A major blunder on my part but she seemed so nice and honest on the phone that I gave her the benefit of the doubt... Mistake on my part, please don't do the same. This is what she wants you to believe... Don't... PLEASE! She is as nice as a cornered rattlesnake. Do yourself a favor and Google-Patricia Wilson in Avinger, TX wEtex Equine. Go to Dreamhorse.com and search her name in the forum... Not good.
This woman is truely a professional con artist and is very good at what she does and she does it without an ounce or remorse or regret. What does she do you may ask... She misrepresents her horses on various sites such as Dreamhorse.com, Horseville.com, Agdirect.com, as well as numerous others as kid broke / beginner horses when they couldn't be farther from what is claimed... To the point of being dangerous. Had I put my daughter on the horse I purchased from her I am certain the outcome wouldn't have been positive, thankfully I rode the horse first then had 2 other experienced horsemen ride the horse with same results... The horse is green, barn sour and dangerous despite what she claims, hardly "Kid Broke".
She offers a 30 day guarantee but good luck with that... She has figured as many loopholes to get around that than one could imagine. She uses many different personal and business names and aliases so be very wary of that. I would be very hesitant to purchase any horse with a 903 area code out of Texas without doing serious research first.
I am planning on organizing a class action lawsuit against this woman to stop her fraudulant activity once and for all. I have contacted the District Attorney, Texas Animal Health Commision, Texas Rangers as well as her local county law enforcement and an Equine Attorney in Texas willing to take on the case. I am asking all of her clients current and past to come forward with any and all complaints. I have compiled a list already and it is growing. Please respond here and I will get you in contact with the proper legal parties organizing the suit. What is funny is that I spoke with her today and she threatened me with her attorney to bring a slander case against those that speak out... Patricia, if you are reading this... I welcome a call from your attorney and in fact encourage it. I would love to provide him with the list of people you have wronged who are willing to speak out against you in court. I have spent the entire day on the phone, amazing what you can dig up and make happen with a little perceverence.

She reportedly is living in Avinger, TX under a new married name of Patricia Gumm. This may or not be true... But if you see this name with a 903 area code... I would do your due diligance first before buying a horse from her. Do not become her next victim!
