I received an email from one George Jenin at ECO Quest international, the subject line was "Managers Wanted", so I replied to this email and then after a few days received a phone call from one of his people telling me that it was a phone interview and that they are looking for poeple to help with this fantastic opportunity that they have.
Well I listened to their spiel and decided to take a closer look at what they have to offer, I ordered one of their systems with the understanding that it could be returned "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" for a full refund, I looked over the system and although it is packaged very nicely it appeared to be rether cheap so I called them and told them that I was returning it, it cost me $26.00 to ship the system back to them and now 1 month later I still have yet to receive my refund.
I have called and talked with this George Jenin on 2 seperate occasions about this and both times he assured me theat he would check into it and that he was told that my refund was issued withing days of them receiving the system back.
I would like to know how come it takes then a couple of days to take my money and more than a month to return it, at this time I am preparing a letter to the Attorney General of both my state and Tennessee to report this abuse of the consumer.
Obviously I did not do enough research on this company and am probable out my money, but I hope that others can learn from my being ripped off, and do not do buisness with ECO Quest International or Best Finance International, there are better and more legitimate enterprises out there that actually return phone calls and treat their people with the respect they deserve.
