Hydroderm
Order sent I did not ask for. Unable to contact by phone or e-Mail Visa has been billed

I ordered a free sample of hydroderm in Feb. 2008.
I just received a statement saying i would receive a shipment of another order for $66.89. I did not order this nor did I give permission to bill Visa!
I have e-mailed, trid to telephone —no response!
What do i do now with this item i did not request?
This would appear to be a scam!
